Pumpkin Picking Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to visitor admission for events organised by Eastcote Events (referred to as “we/our/us”).

As a potential visitor to an Event (referred to as “you/your/the visitor”), please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By purchasing tickets you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for the loss of or damage to your, or any member of your party’s property during the Event.

Parking on the premises is at your own risk especially in poor weather conditions.

Do not cause any physical damage to the Venue, the land, our property or to the property of any other attendee of the Event. You are solely responsible for the cost of making good any such physical damage. 

The visitor shall act in accordance with the law, in particular related to public order and common decency, and behave according to the common rules applicable to the specific nature of the activity attended.

You agree to comply with any information or guidelines relating to the Event.

If you attend any element of the Event in person, any rules and procedures relating to health and safety, security and general use of the Venue must be followed.

Children under 15 years old must accompanied by an adult. Parents or supervisors of children shall always be responsible and accountable regarding the behaviour of the children they accompany. Teachers and supervisors of groups are responsible and accountable with regard to the behaviour of the groups they oversee. Parents, teachers, and supervisors of groups shall see to it that children remain within prohibited areas, do not access other parts of the farm and do not consume any plants, Wildlife or foreign objects found on the property.

You acknowledge that we may refuse admission to, block access to, or remove from the Event any person in our absolute discretion who fails to comply with these T&C or who in our sole opinion places you in breach of these T&C, undertakes (or seeks to undertake) any unauthorised access to property, damages property or who represents a security risk, safety risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event or the operation of the Event Platform.

Whilst we will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of any information we provide to you relating to the Event, we give no warranty or representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the information, and any inaccurate information provided to you in connection with the Event shall not entitle you to cancel your attendance at the Event, or make any claim for refunds or otherwise against us.

You acknowledge and agree that we, or third parties acting on our behalf, may take photographs, videos or recordings of the Event which may include you or members of your party to be used for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the format, content or timing of the Event programme, for any reason and without liability to you, provided that the Event, as altered, is similar to the Event as originally advertised.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions, dangerous conditions or any other reason we deem suitable without being liable to you.

We do not offer refunds for any cancellations.

Eastcote Events reserves the right to change its prices.

The visitor is required at all times, upon request, to present proof of admission and a voucher or any discount coupon for admission to the personnel.

All visitors who participate in the tractor and trailer ride do so at their own risk. All children under 15yo must be accompanied by an adult. We will not be held responsible for any loss of private property, damage to property or injuries sustained during the ride or whilst attending the event. 

Regretfully, due to the nature of the event accessibility may be difficult. There will be reserved parking spaces for accessibility needs closer the event. Due care must be taken when using our tracks and paths, these are stony and may be difficult to maneuver.
